20 minutes mini session at Oakfield House, Highfield road, Wrexham - session is for immediate family ( siblings only ) - web gallery available within one week of your session, to view and order your photographs. - outdoor setup These Sessions are suitable for children from approx 6 months upwards. If babies are not sitting independently they must be held by a parent or sibling. If you would like your child to have images with their cousins or extended family and friends, this must be booked as two back to back sessions. If the weather is forecast to be wet I will be in contact 24hours before your session to reschedule. Please be sure to be on time for your selected time slot, DRESSED and ready for the shoot, as other sessions are booked back to back. If you are late to your session, this will eat into your allocated session time. By booking, you are agreeing to the following: * £50 payment holds your date and 50% of the amount is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48hours before the session. * Martine Williams Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, portfolio, website or any publication to promote our own business. Your images are not shared with any third party, they may only be used to advertise Martine Williams Photography's work. Please advise upon booking if you prefer for your images to not be used for advertising.  * Martine Williams Photography is not held responsible for the behaviour of parties involved with the session. * Session is design up to 4 children max due to setup size. * Sessions booking include a 20 minutes session only. If the desired outcome of your session is at risk due to the behaviour of the parties involved, then Martine Williams Photography cannot be held responsible. In the unlikely event of uncooperative children at a session, Martine Williams Photography may not be able to capture any of the images the Client may have expected. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions. Packages: 5 digital images included in session fee. Additional images may be purchased at below rates 5 Digital file £20 10 Digital files £30 All Digital files £40 * Martine Williams Photography retains copyright of the photographs. Outfits are not provided! I recommend simple clothes in red, greens, gold , creams, greys, navy blue, browns, neutrals without images and logos. Hats, gloves, coats , anything wooly, warm or christmassy will look amazing too.
